Glomstad Gjestehus - over 75 years

Glomstad Gjestehus welcomed their first tourists in 1943. Much has changed since then, but hospitality, personal service and home-made Norwegian food, made by our excellent chef Bjørn, is still our trademark. We welcome small groups / companies that can tailor their stay here at Glomstad Gjestehus. We have all rights.

Several of the buildings at Glomstad Gjestehus are from the 18th century. The fireplace room and parts of the dining room have the original walls from the year of construction. That is more than 225 years old.

We have made a booklet that tells the story of Glomstad Gjestehus. This is a historical look back at the last 75 years with a good story and many great photos. The booklet is in Norwegian, though, but many great photos to enjoy.

You can download the booklet HERE.
